Executive Coaching

For individuals who are used to being the ‘strong one’ in the room, the one that everyone goes to for decisions…

But privately they know something isn’t quite right.

You might look like you have everything under control, but inside:

  • Maybe you’ve been mulling over a decision for a while.

  • Maybe something that used to feel straightforward now feels harder work.

  • Or maybe you’re questioning what this next chapter should really look like.

This isn’t a lack of capability. It’s what happens when you’ve outgrown your current way of operating, but haven’t yet defined what comes next.

My clients aren’t lacking motivation of skill, they’re usually:

  • Operating at a high level.

  • Managing a lot of responsibility.

  • And used to figuring things out on their own.

But there’s something they haven’t given proper attention to. And without realising it, that starts to turn into:

  • Hesitation where there used to be certainty.

  • Pressure that feels harder to process.

  • Or a sense that they’re slightly off from themselves.

What working together gives you

This isn’t about being told what to do, or given more advice. I’m sure you’ve had plenty of that.

This is a space where you can think properly with someone who has no agenda, no stake in the decisions you make and no bias in any particular direction. I genuinely care about you making the right decisions for you.

Somewhere you can:

  • Think clearly again

  • Understand what’s really driving your decisions

  • And move forward in a way that feels right across the different areas of your life.

Who I work with

Private Clients (self-funded)

Typically:

  • Business owners or senior leaders

    • Used to being decisive and capable, but privately debating something important.

Often they want to:

  • Make a significant decision

  • Redefine what success looks like for them now

  • Or build something they’ve been putting off

Corporate-sponsored Clients

Often described by their sponsors as:

  • “Not quite themselves lately”

  • “Overthinking decisions”

  • or “Not operating at their usual level”

This isn’t a performance issue if this individual was previously a high-performer. It’s usually something deeper that’s getting in the way.

I work confidentially with individuals to:

  • Understand what’s going on underneath

  • Restore their clarity and confidence

  • And help them return to operating at their best.

    • Sponsor updates remain high-level and respectful of confidentiality.

How I work

My coaching is:

  • Calm, focused and deeply attentive

  • Grounded in 25+ years of HR and senior leadership experience

  • And shaped by an ability to notice what others often miss

    • I’ll often pick up on:

      • Shifts in your thinking

      • Changes in your energy or tone

      • Or things you’ve half said but not fully explored.

This is where the real insight comes from.

Ways we can work together

There are a few ways we can work together, depending on what you’re looking for.

If you’re unsure, we can decide what feels most appropriate after an initial conversation.

Start with a conversation - Intro chat (45 mins - free)

A relaxed, no pressure conversation to explore what is happening in your life or work right now and whether coaching feels like the right support for you.

Clarity & Direction Session (75-90 mins)

Ideal if you’re feeling under pressure, circling an important decision, or struggling to move forward on something meaningful.

You’ll leave with greater clarity, renewed perspective, and a clear sense of what to do next.

Momentum Package (3 x 60 minute sessions)

Short-term coaching to help you move forward with clarity and confidence before deciding on deeper work.

Sustained Forward Motion Package (8 x 90 minute sessions)

Deep coaching to help you gain traction, trust your judgement, and complete goals that once felt out of reach.

Long-term Coaching Partnership (monthly 90 minute sessions)

An ongoing coaching partnership providing focus, accountability and a trusted thinking space, so you stay aligned with your biggest goals despite the pressures of life and work.

A note on how I work

I don’t believe people need fixing.

Most of the individuals I work with are already highly capable. But what they haven’t had is the space to properly think, without pressure, expectation, or someone else’s agenda shaping the outcome.

My role isn’t to give you answers.

It’s to help you think things through properly so you can reach a position that feels clear, considered, and right for you.

That often comes from paying attention to things that are easy to override:

  • Shifts in thinking.

  • Underlying pressure that you think you should ignore.

  • Or a sense that something isn’t quite sitting right.

This is a calm, focused partnership built on trust, honesty, and the ability to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

So you can:

  • Think clearly

  • Lead with confidence

  • And make decisions that genuinely feel right

Testimonials

I have been working with Kate as my executive coach for the past 12 months, and her guidance has been invaluable. My primary goals were to refine my values, gain clarity on my life’s direction, and define my ‘why’. The journey has been deeply emotional yet very rewarding, and Kate’s coaching approach fosters insightful and meaningful conversations - professional in structure, yet deeply personal in connection. Kate has a rare ability to recognise and understand emotions when they are raw, offering empathy and guidance that have helped me gain a deeper understanding of myself. She sees beyond surface-level narratives and helps uncover the truths that truly matter. If you are looking for a personable and intuitive coach who can nurture self-discovery, I highly recommend Kate.
— Ian, Business Owner
Kate is an inspiration and brilliant at what she does. I entered into her coaching programme without more than a hope that it would help me understand myself more and help shape decisions for my future. I couldn’t have been more wrong. It’s genuinely been life changing. I haven’t changed who I am and yet I’ve changed entirely. I feel mentally stronger and emotionally braver.
I have also used her HR expertise to prepare for an interview which enabled me to have the best interview conversation of my life. Whether I get the job or not is feeling like a minor detail compared to how I feel about my future.
The investment in yourself might bring up a number of feelings, it did for me, but my advice would be go for it. There will be tough questions but always turn out to be the ones that give the biggest breakthrough.
Kate genuinely cares about helping you uncover your potential in a way that is personal and authentic. I feel exceptionally lucky to have had her guidance.
— Louise, Senior Leader
Kate is a highly empathetic coach who is thoughtful and encouraging in her style. She employs a holistic approach to help her clients consider things they may not otherwise have unearthed alone. Having worked with Kate on a significant career transition I felt supported but fully owning of my discoveries and decisions throughout the process.
— Sarah, Founder
Working with Kate was my first experience of coaching, and I’m so glad I did it! Her enthusiastic coaching style is uplifting, motivating and encouraging. In our sessions she was always full of life, energy and commitment for the work we were doing. She has a high level of emotional intelligence, which is at the core of her coaching. I would certainly recommend Kate as a coach to friends and family, and as a matter of fact already have! Thank you Kate for your enthusiasm and insights, my life is certainly better as a result of our work together.
— F, Senior Leader
From my very first meeting with Kate she approached my concerns, frustrations and struggle to work out my path in life with patience, attention and an endless sense of humour. I came to find our weekly sessions invaluable as sticking to action steps and goals is challenging and often tiring. Kate was always attentive to keeping me on the right path and I felt she was always there if I needed to chat about anything.
I could not be happier and more grateful to Kate that I took this Coaching programme, she is exactly what I needed: grounded, empathetic and willing to give me as much time as I needed to talk things through and progress at my own pace. Since working with her I have found I am more focused in my career and my confidence and happiness has increased immeasurably.
— Ashleigh, Business Owner
I turned to Kate for coaching after becoming stuck in a rut at work and feeling that something I couldn’t quite put my finger on was holding me back from realising my full potential. The weekly sessions helped me to focus on the things that really mattered to me and as a result of the coaching with Kate I have regained my confidence and zest for life, enabling me to become the best version of myself and to think big in terms of my dreams and goals! I am no longer afraid to step outside of my comfort zone, opening myself up to new experiences and ways of thinking and finding the adventure in everyday life. These changes have had a positive impact not only on my own well-being but also on the people around me. Kate is a joy to work with, from her upbeat manner to her ability to explain concepts and offer examples that are easy to relate to. I genuinely looked forward to our weekly sessions and I thoroughly enjoyed the coaching programme. Kate has helped me to bring about positive changes in my life and for that I am very grateful!

Kate supports you to identify and achieve your work and personal priorities. She listens deeply, encourages without ever dictating, and offers perspectives that help you overcome challenges and move towards positive outcomes. She’s never judgmental, just quietly insightful and genuinely supportive.
— R, Senior Leader
Having worked with her for several years Kate was the obvious person to turn to when I wanted some professional help. Her empathy and understanding made it easy to discuss sensitive issues. She enabled me to view things without upsetting me or ever suggesting my thoughts were not valid. She further showed me how to reflect on past experiences and current attitudes and adopt approaches which can’t erase but allow a more positive attitude.
