Theta Waves HR & Coaching Ltd offers professional HR consultancy and coaching services tailored to the needs of UK-based businesses, particularly SMEs with 50–100 employees.

All services are subject to a written agreement, scope of work, or engagement letter.

2. Use of the Website

You agree not to use our website:

- In a way that breaches any applicable laws or regulations.

- To transmit, distribute, or upload any harmful or malicious content.

- To collect or harvest personal data from others.

We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to the website in the event of misuse.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take great care to provide accurate, up-to-date, and legally compliant advice. However, we shall not be liable for:

- Any indirect or consequential loss

- Business interruption, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity

- Any action taken by a client without following our written recommendations

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose any information without consent, unless required by law.

Likewise, we expect clients to treat our materials and methods as confidential.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any minimum term or notice period outlined in the engagement agreement.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid and any confidential materials returned or destroyed as required.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
